Quite the difference seen from the rear, isn' it?
( left CEO and center NEO, right engines visible quite well .)

Yes, but that's not what was suggested. It's the wing-to-body fairing that's noticeable different.

If you have the leeway you can turn the profile nose up outboards to increase lift outwards. (?)

So are you saying that the expected adjustment in twist for the 339 is a slight nose up rotation of the outboard wing section to increase lift?

The engines now look much better proportioned wrt to the fuselage than before.

#2 has been around for some time also. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C6E31EfWQAEZOiV.jpg

Looks like 242,000kg remains the highest option. They were studying 245,000kg earlier this year, but no mention since. I would expect if they were intending it to EIS with higher, we'd have heard about it, but it could be they will investigate it as part of the flight-test and certification program.

Agreed. Weren't the new winglets supposed to be reminiscent of the A350's winglets? I just don't see it. They're too small in my opinion. I'm sure they will look much better in flight.

I think AB will be happy, it`s an up-grade all-round over the previous model.

I think it's because the ends of the wings are raked like some of the Boeing products, and therefore has a smaller/narrower winglet.
