Once my photo has been accepted to the site, how do I go about adding a comment/notes to the photo?
(My rejection rate is still high at the moment, so I don't want to waste time entering comments/notes on each upload, until it's been accepted).
I've seen that anyone can submit a 'Correction' to a photo, but then I don't want my photo going through screening again unnecessarily, if I enter a comment on that page.
Please advise, thanks.

Anything you add/edit on the corrections page goes through the editors only and is only checked for correct info. They do not undergo screening again.
In your case, just click “correction”, add the caption and press submit.
