Those are bots that collect data for Google search and other search engines.

The next questions: 1) why does A.net allow that? 2) for what reason are Google and Baidu collecting this kind of data?

In Google's case it's so that they can add details to the search engine. I know I've seen numerous comments that it can be easier and quicker to search A.net on Google rather than using its own search. Probably the same is true for Baidu.

Everyone does, it’s just that phpbb show them. If you won’t allow it, you won’t show in search and that is certainly not a good thing if you rely on hits to live :)
