The last few weeks I have noticed that replies sometimes appear before the quoted post in the list. Either we’re seeing an increase in MTW events (micro time warp) or the site fails to handle posts in the correct order. Here is an example:

That makes no sense, take a train collision at a grade crossing with a car. If someone unfortunately passes from that they aren't going to remove the locomotive from service because of an accident.
Post 13 contains a quote of post 14. None of the posts seem to have been edited (if that makes a difference). Surely, posts are stamped by the server and not by the client computer clock? Might it be that different servers set the timestamps differently? NTP issue?
