The airport code hover feature
Apologies for such a vague title, I am not really sure what this is actually called. I remember back a while ago you could point at an airport abbreviation with your mouse cursor (example DFW) and it would show you the full title of the airport (Dallas/Ft. Worth International). That feature is no longer working on my end. Is there a way to enable this? Thank you!

That's something that has to be built into the code of the forum. That hasn't existed since the forum changed over to the new style a couple of years ago.
Based on requests in other threads, this is something the developers are supposedly working on.

There have been several topics on the subject. It's colloquially known as the "hover function". It's high on the priority list for the developers, and we were under the impression they were set to roll out the function last May, but we've heard no update on it since. It was a unique feature to the old site that apparently requires a lot of work to adapt to our new platform.
In the mean time, we have plans to add a reference page on the site that will include airport codes. It'll take a lot of work to put together (we're just in the discussion stages), but it should be useful for users to search using "CNTL + F" or a "Find in Page" feature. Obviously not as convenient as the hover function (which honestly didn't work half the time anyway), but it will hopefully be a good resource for users.

This is what I learned from another user some time ago. Type in the Google search bar: ams airport and you find the full name. Same for airliner abreviations. Works for me.
