Pop up ad completely obscuring site

I have started to see this pop up ad for Amazon quite regularly and it covers the entire page, cannot be moved and Is very annoying
Literally have to exit the site and come back on after clearing out my visited sites in settings
Any one else have this issue and is it being worked on ?

Im getting scam full page unclosable pop ups, Chrome galaxy S8. (Win $200 Walmart gift card)

The side ads are making it impossible to read the forums on crhome sometimes. Need to scroll on the bottom of the page to read them. Ridiculous. They look horrible to begin with.

I'm also getting this pop up. It's a scam pop up but I can't use the site when it comes up. On my iPad. Horrible. Usually happens when I click the non-av.
