I can see the existing mods are over burderned with their jobs and are not really able to perform their jobs correctly.
The result is we are seeing excessive thread locking and deletion, because mods are not capable enough of going after the selected replies which spoil a thread, and in some cases threads disappear for no reason what so ever. Even more, my perfectly fine replies to larger threads often just disappear.
Kindly increase the number of mods for better and effective moderation, please and thanks!

No additional mods are needed. The problem is that the 2 most prolific mods think they are on some sort of power trip and can't go more than 2 minutes without locking or deleting threads and making threats to members by email.

Based on my current experience that just doesn't sound correct to me. Perhaps you could back this up with some sort of evidence, rather than just a vague accusation?
