When I was registering my account earlier it also seemed like that HK was not an option for country, leaving much of the HK Anetters "homeless".
It also appears that a PRC flag is used for all members under the region of Hong Kong, the SAR flag featuring the white bauhinia should be used instead to accurately reflect the region.
I would expect this to be true for Macau as well, the other SAR of the PRC.
I vaguely remember seeing HKSAR flags on the older website, have they been removed during the switch to the new site?

At the moment Hong Kong appears as a province of China under the country region. We're aware of this and it is on the list of issues to fix it's just that I can't give you a timeframe at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
