How do I change my e-mail address?

I looked all over the user control panel and profile pages and did not see anywhere to change my e-mail address. Help?

There are two profile settings which makes it a bit confusing. One for the forum, and one for the main page. The security page can be found on the main page settings, and you can access them by clicking the icon in the top right corner
