Recently, I've noted that when I report a post to the moderators, I get taken back to the main forum.
After submitting the report, a screen pops up where you can choose to go back to the thread in question, or go back to the forum. When I click to go back to the thread, it takes me to the forum anyway.

This issue was fixed after I reported it here, but it seems to have returned again in the past couple of days.
