A.net: slowest site in the internet?
Past few days it's taking 30-60 seconds for each click to load the next page. It's just one thing after the other guys, I hope someone can get it back for us next year. I'm on one of the fastest possible connections available in North America so I know it's not me. Even the chuckleheads at Yahoo load in less than 10 seconds. What is happening to this site?

We had a power outage that took down the servers, and it took some work to get all up and running. However, I am not experiencing load times anywhere near that

I am experiencing similar issues, first noticed about a week ago. Picture loading is like old dial up. Very slow! Other sites are running fine with good speed. Hope this gets resolved soon

Completely awful here in the UK ever since the outage. Takes so long to load it often times out.

Today is even worse. It's now taking about 2-3 minutes for the load icon on Google to stop spinning but you can enter commands on the keyboard, track pad or mouse with about a 10-20 second lag. I wonder if it's the OS optimization? On an iPhone 5S it still works great but on Sierra for a MacBook Pro it's just awfy.

Sierra has a few issues (.pdf attachments in Mail - LOL), but speed isn't one of them for me. I have no problems, I click and in nano-seconds I'm there, a.net or anywhere.

No problems on my MacBook Pro running Sierra.

No problem for speed, but since the power outage, the updating of posting has been a bit awkward (read: not quite working) when clicking on the right upper corner bell…
Tried to write about it in other threads about the bugs, but they generated a general error message! Felt like the old site!
Apart from that, it is getting better. Please bring back the reply # in the quotes and the hovering-over airport and airlines codes.

I'm having the same problems. On my PC with both Chrome and Firefox the situation is terrible. The site works just fine on my iPad. I'm in the San Francisco area.

The problem seems to only happen when the Travelocity ads are up. As soon as they're gone the site works just fine. When they pop back up the site locks up again.
