Flightradar24 contact info

I have been a subscriber to Flightradar24's Gold level service for years. I moved in April so I have a new IP address. I am now getting only basic level service and FR24 just sent me an email notice of its intent to bill me on June 1 for a year's worth of Gold-level service (which I do not have at this time). Their email has two links but they end up providing a subscription selection page. "Contact Us" results only in pre-selected questions.

There must be an answer to this I am simply missing. Can someone please help?

Just tell your bank/ credit card company not to let them have the money as you are not receiving the service, they’ll find out how to contact you pretty quick.

Try this,
From the contact Us select Private person
Then select subscription
Then from question select OTHER.
This then opens a message section where you can type your problem and Email.
Hope that is of some help.
