Since there's been no city called 'Halifax' in Canada since 1996, it therefore cannot be the correct Canadian city.

Vancouver is the correct answer.

Toronto is the only good city in Canada if you are gay. So I will say Toronto.

Regina. Because it rhymes with Vagina, and everyone loves a little kitty.

If you’re a gay, the whole Western world is good for you lately. But that’s only if you’re a gay or belong to a few other categories (e.g. a “refugee” from somewhere).

Calgary. Have lived in Toronto, Halifax, Victoria, and Quebec City, and would never leave Calgary. Hour to the mountains, Hour to dark skies (Royal Astronomical Society of Canada member), flights everywhere. Its fantastic.

Hey guys,
I've emailed two of my Canadian mates who live here in Australia.... Their responses : Thunder Bay and Calgary! Interestingly perhaps, both were born and raised in Toronto!

Thunder Bay? What’s prominent about it?

Hey anrec80,
Mate, I have no idea what's prominent about Thinder Bay. I haven't been there but was seeking my mate's opinion about the topic under discussion. He was quite adamant that it was his favourite city in his homeland of Canada.
Cheers,

Anywhere in Quebec is incorrect as it's not a real part of Canada (nor do they want to be)

Canada gets better the further west you head. The correct answer is Vancouver.

Like.... whatever!

And the correct answer is.... :drumroll: ...Montreal! Toronto is too crowded and....ugh!

I think it's Whistler. Here is a live webcam https://worldcams.tv/sights/whistler-olympic-plaza from Whistler Olympic Plaza. It was the home of the 2010 Winter Olympic games. I was there in 2010 and I'm fond of this city, located in the Madeley Creek basin in British Columbia, Canada.
