The tariffs are long overdue and must be widened asap. It is beautiful to see Trump recognising the real enemies of the USA - the EU, the left, the liberals and Canada.
I don't know how you can say all that and leave out the biggest enemy of all... The Environment. That jerk gets in the way of everything!WarRI1 wrote:mham001 wrote:
Are you seriously trying to claim Democrats did not support globalization?
I said greedy politicians and corporations did I not ? Did I mention any party affiliation? I said keep supporting this Moron (TRump) who is the epitome of greed and Republicans who are not exactly supporters of working people and you will end up even poorer and worse off then we are now.
In all seriousness, while I get why a lot of Trump and the GOP's base feels disenfranchised, I have to agree. I'll never understand how these people can so happily vote for things that clearly worsen their lives.
Also the biggest mystery to me, and I imagine most of the defenders of tRump are not exactly Rocket Scientists or extremely successful people. Main Street America as they like to say. Screw me some more, I like it, take away my benefits, I like it, make me work and live in poverty, Like it, pollute our water, our air, I like it. Reduce Medicare, SS, I like it. Lie cheat and steal, I like it, give to the rich, take from the poor, I like it. Kill unions and union benefits, I like it. Some dumb people out there. As has been said, take all the wealth and distribute it evenly, and within a certain time frame, the same people will control all the wealth and the poor will be back to being poor. All with the help of those who say, I like it, do it to me again. Not me, I do not like it.
