Does anyone have a oil they would recommend for oil pulling for teeth/gums that you have seen or heard works best?
If you could send a link to make sure I'm ordering the right thing I would greatly appreciated it.

Paraphrasing the Google machine, it is an ancient Indian medical/dental practice in which the user swishes about a tablespoon of oil, coconut seems to be mentioned most, in their mouth for 20 minutes. Followed by a warm, salt-water rinse.
It’s supposed to pull the toxins out of your body via the mouth?
