Moron... .. err "Unruly passenger" removed from AA flight in Miami - Tased multiple times

Mon Apr 23, 2018 4:07 pm

Apparently a passenger, Jacob Garcia, "accidentally, inappropriately touched a woman (to which her boyfriend also objected) and a "disagreement" started. He was moved to another seat on the flight but continued to shout and insult the couple. He was then asked to leave the flight, which he refused. It escalated incredibly from there, from deplaning all passengers, police coming aboard asking him to leave, to Mr. Garcia locking his legs to prevent removal, then being tased - 10 times...., then being hauled off the plane, then fighting the police once in the boarding area and grabbing an officers gun, to finally being subdued.

Wow. Pretty stupid of him in every way if you ask me, based on what has been reported.

What sort of overreaction tough guy posts do you think will be incoming about this non-issue?

I'm predicting the usual lifetime ban, 10 years in prison, $200,000 dollar fine types.

Assuming the initial contact was accidental, it would have been better to just sit quietly for the rest of the flight.

Not clear why the tazing had so little effect.

Yea, and he'll likely sue the police for 'excessive force' from the taser. Dumbass.

Unless it hits bare skin tasers almost never work well.

Its why cops don't always go to them initially in dangerous situations because they just don't work.

Grab an officers gun and he is still breathing, that's the surprising part.

I take you've never seen those videos from Asia where the cabin and ground crew is literally fighting with passengers in the gate area and on planes. There are a lot of those floating around.

Nice try but fail. How many British footballers have caused problems on planes, trains, etc. LOL in your court.
