Sure - I remember it - there were a couple movies as well.
He was hilarious as Frank Drebin - a character very much in the same vein as his character in Airplane

It was a classic. Brilliant and of course, LN was such a marvelous deadpan actor. Pity they only made six, but all were brilliant.

I'm betting US viewers only got the basic "Police Squad", without the extra helping of "Fried Squid" in every commercial break.
