Your favorites from recent fashion years

From recent fashion years, do you have any particular things that you were a fan of?

For Spring 2015, I bought a several IZOD shirts in Fairy Tale, including several polo shirts and button-downs. One of my favorites from that season was the Feeder Stripe Interlock Polo.

While Spring 2016 didn't include Fairy Tale, IZOD made up for it by introducing the Advantage Polo, which I bought in several colors. The first two that I bought were Cradle Pink and Absinthe Green. My favorite was probably the Cradle Pink Advantage Polo.

Fairy Tale made its return for Spring 2017, and I bought a Feeder Stripe Advantage Polo and two button-down shirts in that color, as well as a button-down shirt in Fairy Tale with a purple gingham pattern. I also bought the Advantage Polo in Peony. My favorite from that season was the Newport Oxford Pelican Print button-down.

Now with Spring 2018, it seems that IZOD has a lot of stuff in Fairy Tale. I bought the Advantage Polo, as well as the Premium Essentials Plaid Button-Down. I am currently awaiting delivery of two more shirts in Fairy Tale, a striped Advantage Polo (different from 2017's version, with stripes in two different shades of Fairy Tale, vs. Fairy Tale with thin green stripes) and a Fairy Tale T-shirt. I am also waiting for a Fairy Tale Interlock Polo to become in stock at JCPenney. I have yet to pick a favorite.

Are you going for a record? Being paid to promote IZOD and the FairyTale color? Seriously...this is not normal...

Note that not all of my IZOD shirts are in Fairy Tale. You quoted my Cradle Pink, which is slightly different. I also have Advantage Polos in several other colors. In Spring 2017 I did also get a striped Advantage Non-Iron button-down in Cradle Pink. I also have the Heritage Essentials Button-Downs in Agate Green, North Sea, and Saltwater Red, as well as an Advantage Non-Iron Ginghams in Powder Blue and Rapture Rose, as well as an Advantage Non-Iron Plaid Button-Down in Saltwater Red. I also have the Golf Grid Polo in Canopy Green and Candy Pink.

Note that not all my shirts are IZOD either. I have a few U.S. Polo Assn and Nautica shirts that I wear from time to time. I also have a red Chaps button down that I wear to Christmas parties.

Duly noted. The point still stands that the amount of time you put into discussing your fixation with pink izod polo shirts is indicative of some kind of issue.

I recently ordered another Fairy Tale IZOD shirt from the Spring 2018 collection, a Solid Interlock Polo. I wonder if this will be my favorite from this year.

I don't think the Spring collection is complete yet, so there are still some months left. The first of the Fall collection is usually released around June. I don't buy a lot of Fall, although there are a few Fall products that I have bought.

No, Chaps is the lower-cost brand of Ralph Lauren. It is pretty much their competitor to IZOD.

Gays don't like pink no matter what you want to believe, and if you believe otherwise you belong in jail for life. I am willing to bet that you are not comfortable with your sexual orientation that you accuse others of being gay.

Both Power Rangers and The Fairly OddParents have a significant adult fanbase. Even My Little Pony has a significant adult male fanbase (most of which aren't gay), even though I am not one of them.

Interestingly, IZOD is offering five different shades of pink or pinkish colors this Spring on different products. Not sure if I will buy all of them, but the five pink or pinkish shades they are offering this Spring are Fairy Tale, Cradle Pink, Rose of Sharon, Rapture Rose, and Confetti (the latter which is new this Spring).

One shade that did not make the cut this Spring apparently was Peony, which was introduced in Spring 2017. In fact I think with the solid Advantage Polo, Fairy Tale replaced Peony for Spring 2018.

Interestingly IZOD was giving out the Advantage Polo in Peony on Amazon for free to Amazon Vine Voices reviewers in Peony last year in exchange for reviews. Considering they aren't bringing that color back this year, I guess it wasn't enough to boost sales of the color.

I disagree with you, and I think there’s a bit of arrogance there (at some point you’ll need to reconcile the absurdity of posting on an Internet message board for strangers to opine on whether you will you offend your friends ... at the end of the day that’s probably the most offensive thing to your friends). Regardless, you will always have a special place in my heart, 1337.

Looks like the items I have ordered on Amazon are in stock today. I hope Amazon doesn't sit on the orders just for they can arrive on the original given delivery date. I don't want to take the chance cancelling and reordering them.
