Hmm I disagree, I think Delta can't compete with government backed airlines which are offering $499 return fares between China and the United States. If circumstances were any different, Delta would have had a much larger presence in China.
By the way, maybe the US could help China transition into a fully democratic society, the same way it helped Libya or Iraq.
