Any Nexus 6P owners?
Anyone here have a Nexus 6P? I've had mine for about two years now and lately the battery life has become very poor. I'm not sure if it has something to do with Oreo that I recently upgraded to when it was pushed to me or if the battery is just going bad. After work last night, it lost about 75% of the charge in about 4 hours with little usage and also the battery % will show around 20% left and will then shut down. Any one else see these issues? Who knows, I may take this as a good excuse to get one of the Pixel 2 models.

2 years life out of a battery, i'm impressed, i'm lucky to get 6 months before mine start tanking. I don't know if Duracell has the same warranty in OZ, but here it's lifetime, so I just switch it out at the first sign of tanking.

I usually get ~2 years or ~700 charge cycles out of my smartphone batteries before they start to take a noticeable nose dive. This is one of the major reasons I gravitate towards phones with a removable battery. Although I'm not opposed to ripping electronics apart to repair/replace components.

I'm hoping it's Oreo and maybe they'll fix it in the system updates next month.

The Nexuses are pieces of junk. My 5X has the infamous boot loop problem that plagues just about all 5Xs. I'm patiently waiting for my Moto X4 from Google Fi.

Yeah, the Tyrell Corporation really messed up with the Nexus 6 series.

The turning off after 20% sounds like a bad cell in the battery. My best bet would be that a new battery is your best solution.

I've had this phone for nearly two years now, and no issues with it at all. Maybe I'be just been lucky. My issues just started with Android Oreo.

I am in the process now of backing up my phone, going to do a factory reset. Read on Google Nexus 6P forums of other users having the same battery issues and they said a reset helped.
