And, to get to the question you pose, no, there is not. To be president, you have to be at least 35, "naturally born in the U.S.," and have lived in the U.S. for 14 years. That's about it when it comes to constitutional limitations. (A convicted criminal could be president.)

I was asking if the elections themselves proofed to be criminal manipulated, not sec the votes, but otherwise manipulated by a foreign power. Could the results be canceled, so formally no president would have been chosen.
Nope, one of many things not anticipated by the Constitution (black people actually being people, women being able to vote, presidential term limits, etc.).
