My dad has been doing yoga for years to help him with severe neck pain he's had for years due to an injury he sustained playing high school football. Yoga has been very effective in reducing the pain of the pinched nerve, and he's very flexible as a result. Plus he's in good shape.
I myself don't do yoga, but I know many people who do. Everyone says it leaves you feeling very focused and centered, plus it gives you a really excellent work-out. Yoga is more for toning than building muscles, so if you want a lean, defined body, that is one of the best forms of exercise for it.
