I think the University of Munich is German only (not sure how your German skills are.

I think this second one was offering summer programs for pre-college students but don't quote me on it.

Munich has two universities, I believe. Aeronautical engineering is taught in the technical university of Munich, which does have a homepage (but hardly anything in English....). Try:

The second one is German only, as far as I can see:
http://www.uni-muenchen.de
Unfortunately, everything is very disorganized, in both homepages and every department has its own homepage, some of which include English versions. Good Luck.
