One pilot lost his life after ejecting when 2 Nigeria Air Force F-7Ni jets collided while practising for the Nigeria Independence day celebrations.

Eye witness accounts claim the parachute of the officer that died may not have opened properly after ejection.

May the departed RIP.

It appears that they only had 9 in service, so their strength takes a big hit.

That's not humour.....of any kind. Its a brain fart.

It’s not a brain fart or gallows humor—simple statement of fact. In my mid-air, the other pilot died. The guys visiting me in hospital all asked if I’d buy the lottery tickets when I got up and around and what an E ticket ride I had. Humor at these times are the only sane way of dealing with tragedy.
