Today, 5 Osprey have been officially deployed at Yokata Airbase, half year after their arrival at the airbase, which is the first time being deployed to US Air base at Japan outside Okinawa and caused question about their safety among residence, especially after numerous incidents related to the aircraft model like an emergency landing it have performed at Amami airport back in August. There're plans to deploy five more Osprey at the airbase in the next few years.

Some comments by nearby residence:
- It's feeling scary. Even during the night it's making some large noise.
- It's not only whether it will actually fall down, but also the feeling of excess insecurity that threaten our daily life.

Even during the night it's making large noise?

They should tell them to flip the Night Mode / Silencer switch. That's ridiculous that they forgot..

Excess insecurity that threaten your daily life. I'm preeeeeetty sure the presence of the US military is the exact opposite of a threat to your daily life lol.

It's not like they're flying tactical ops and training over peoples' houses.
