SAM 28000/29000 Repositioning

There is some pictures floating around of SAM 28000/29000 (AF1 without the POTUS) on the interwebs anyone have any information on why.

It was loaded up on a barge and shipped over.

It's a mockup. Engine nacelles are the wrong color.

Comments on the twitter thread indicate it is not SAM28000 or 29000.

Just an 747-200 painted to look like AF1 to provide an "AF1 experience", not SAM28000/29000 itself.

Reminds me of the 1997 movie, which also used a 747 with PW engines. I believe it was borrowed from Kalitta or Evergreen.
