Yemen Government gets 757-200

I was surprised to see them taking new aircraft given the state of the country.

When I saw the thread title I immediately thought they would take over Trump's 757 after the the election campaign will end tomorrow. ;-)

Edit: these wave-like cheatlines are really very popular right now.... even on a gvmt.-plane... :-(

Yes, I know this is an old thread. They probably bought it as it was cheaper to operate than their 747s, including an SP.

21,1 years in fact, quite old, but it was a VIP-plane since 1996 at least, Uzbekistan Government is the former user.

Which government? The one in the capital city Sana'a or the one in the port city of Aden?
