Is Su-35 Has Any Operators?

I'm interested is Su-35 in use and if it is how much are build? And how much it cost?

Russian Air force certainly and there was some talks about malesiya but i don't think so.

The Russian air force has NO Su-35s or Su-37s in operational use. They have a few evaluation planes and prototypes but they can barely afford tires for their 20 year old Su-27s, let alone new planes.
