I hope the CVG-LHR rumor actually comes to fruition, it would be a nice complement to CDG. Interesting that the flights do not go on sale until the 23rd, I am wondering if IND airport wanted to get the announcement out since WW passed over IND. The 23rd is a Saturday, when DL usually loads its schedule/announces new routes, I wonder if they have other new routes planned?

What I find interesting is that WW was only eligible for $150,000 (+ $150,000 for year 2) for its service at CVG because of the frequency. My point here was CVG should get a long term commitment from DL that they won't cut anymore before spending $$$ expanding Concourse A. The article is not linked correctly, but WCPO put out a story about non-ticketed passengers possibly being allowed access to post-security facilities at CVG soon, apparently PIT is doing the same. I was under the impression that this was not allowed post-9/11, has something changed?

With STL/DTW/CLE/CVG getting WOW!, and FI I think the chances for DL/BA in IND have gone way up... Actually, this is not a good sign. WOW passing over IND is a legitimate problem. STL, DTW, CVG and CLE are very likely to be unsubsidized routes. The fact that they passed up IND I think is a red flag...
