I presume the other ones will take 7-10 days so should be done in quick order prior to summer heavy schedule. Interesting that the seats were stripped in SBD and cargo'ed over. No ...

Re: AA CEO says no new hubs, fleet growth, point to point flying

Again if you consider LGA to be an AA hub, the only remaining AA non-hub routes I can think of on AA are: BOS-SYR; BOS-ROC; BOS-PIT; BOS-MDT; BOS-CDG (seasonal); PIT-RDU; and some weekend seasonal sun routes. BOS-CDG is gone. AA still flies FLL-PAP 2x daily, which is technically not hub to hub (alt...

How many rights are available? From the article, it sounds like 4 daily plus one Sunday-Friday? Honestly, I think it makes sense for UA to be awarded their additional requested Sunday-Friday frequencies, even if it's on an E75. An E75 is not a "50-seat regional jet" as JetBlue seems to thi...

Does this mean that DUS-EWR will no longer be part of the UA-LH Transatlantic JV?

I do think it makes sense for LH Group to consolidate their Rhine-Ruhr long haul ops at DUS. Once that happens, I believe their U.S. routes will be DUS-SEA, DUS-LAS, DUS-MIA, DUS-RSW, DUS-MCO, DUS-EWR, and DUS-JFK.
