DL has made lots of last minute upgrades for Oct/Nov/Dec at CVG. This should help recover some passenger growth lost due to F9/G4's reductions and cutting MKE/BNA/XNA.

I would to love to see CVG-SEA, especially given they are already in IND/CMH/PIT/BNA/STL/RDU. DL needs some competition on that route big time.

Given the fear some airlines seem to have about challenging DL at CVG, this is probably still a few years away...

UA has extended CVG-DEN at 2x/day mainline through the end of the schedule. Operated by A32S/B738 depending on the season. Makes me wonder if DL will go for another daily flight on the route. G4 has dropped to 2x/wk and F9 is down to 4x/wk, seems like the legacy carriers are wining this battle.

Not sure about this specific case, but G4 has started to overnight crews. That said, the vast majority of crews are still coming back to their base each day.

Take it for what it's worth, but one rumor about ILN I've just picked up is that Amazon may move the whole shooting match back there, with one possible reason being delays at CVG. I noticed Delta has the A321 on CVG-LAS in the month of March '19. I don't remember seeing the 321 on a regular rotation in CVG before. Is this for the busy conference season in LAS? Allegiant has re-listed CVG-PVD as a seasonal destination on its route map. Not available for booking (like CVG-RDU), but I imagine these routes will reappear when the schedule goes into the summer.

CVG-PHX/MCO are both only scheduled at 1x/wk, however, WN said they would be monitoring bookings and increase frequency as necessary. I think we will see both route go daily in April.

DL used to run CVG-ZRH, so there might be some corporate clients that would love the route. However, I cannot imagine there is much traffic unless they were making connections in BSL and partnered with F9 for connections at CVG.

what hurts is that CLE is very drivable to some of the largest flying markets-- Chicago, DC, NY, Toronto, Philly. . . . Ultimate looks to be temporarily flying between Lunken and Atlanta–Fulton (FTY) instead of PDK from September 26 to November 21. Flights to Peachtree resume November 26.

Some DL changes this morning:
CVG-DTW goes from 5x to 6x/day effective June 10th and 1x/day upguaged to 738
CVG-PHX returns June 8th through end of summer (looks like filler in summer schedule, not sure it will actually stick)
