TLV runs pretty much 24/7 save Yom Kippur. Banks of flights to the US and far east leave as late as 0130. There are arrivals from late evening flights from Europe between 0200 and 0500. The first Bank of Europe flights starts as early as 0430 and those folks need to clear security starting at 0130....

I was thinking more along the lines of financial agreements and contracts, i.e. Delta ordered a CS100 from Bombardier... and has to be delivered that, rather than an "Airbus A220" from Airbus.

For whatever reasons, Delta decided that keeping it as CS100 was best for them.
