oh sweet! WN has had a monopoly on this route for far too long. F9 entered the route late last summer and only operates 3x weekly currently and is going daily starting May. WN has only lowered its fare on the day and time F9 operates since WN has something in the order of 9x daily frequencies to LA...

I think its just a matter of time before WN either converts existing options or places a separate order for about 50-100 MAX-10’s configured with 199-200 seats primarily for West Coast-Hawaii, but also for LAS and even limited flights in and out of DAL. They still keep 4 F/A’s and they keep a gener...

I find it interesting that AA only flies the Embraer175 SEA - LAX - SEA when you think that demand would call for a 737. AA giving AS the route.

So does anyone know why WN slots were given to AS? Did WN change their mind about the profitability of the routes?...As for PAE, if it's not gonna be a cheaper alternative,like a lower cost airport for LCCs, why bother the trek?Yes it 's closer for people up north but Sea-Tac has so many options do...

My prediction: I already know United Express will serve the Wenatchee, Washington - San Francisco Route using the 50 passenger CRJ200. The 76 passenger Embraer175 will be too large for such a small route. This Route is bound to fail. And as many people have said, they do NOT like flying in the CRJ2...

Pasco should do better in 2019. Got curious and looked it up... PSC was up big in January (12%). UA expansion was part of it... but it appears this was mostly due to Alaska returning to a higher level of flights as they had in '17. Was this due to Horizon resolving their severe pilot shortage issue...

Also I noticed that Vancouver, BC is the #1 International Airport route. YVR has way better International Air Service than Seattle. I would think Seattle would have better International Air Service.
