Congrats to NO! Frankly, I can't believe it took this long. Even post-Katrina the city is still a good draw and it's the biggest city in a fairly large area. I've been there many times and love the town. I hope more airlines offer flights to Europe.

The split winglets on the MAX look a lot better than the split scimitars on the NGs to me. The -8 looks very nice in Boeing's colors.

Delta used A310s they acquired from Pan Am (and took delivery of some from Airbus) in the 90s only to get rid of them for more 767s.

No doubt a serious incident, yet one in which "the system" worked as designed. The EGPWS worked detecting the threat and warning the pilots. Then the pilots' training took over and trusting their aircraft and instruments took the right action and prevented a disaster. I could see some remedial train...

I avoid USA Today, CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox and all mainstream news/TV outlets. I feel much better now!
