One of them seems to have an engine missing. Where did you this? Are there any better pictures? Saw two stored Uni-Top Airlines B747-200 in Wuhan, we passed them while taxiing to the terminal. Amazing, sounds like a perfect success story. Open new route with the B787, upgrade once the demand allows to do so... Simply unreal. I'm at a loss for words. Next, BA will upgauge AUS to A380. If the A380 Plus will be launched there, I would expect IAG to be a major launch customer. A launch for EK only is unlikly to happen. Most A380 Plus orders will be conversions of existing A380 orders already in the books. Airbus will show a presentation how they could bump up the range of the A350....

When I worked in Bucharest (2006 until 2009) I often saw a Vision Air B767 at OTP. My understanding was that they were flying there for the US Military.

IIRC, smaller private jets have been spotted at other smaller airports in conjunction with these kind of prisons, where they held terrorists etc.
