Re: Fresno Aviation - 2024

I think it has to do with the timing of the week, as there could be less people going east those days, but rather coming back from the east coast those days. I still think an early morning departure would open up a lot for them at FAT. WN summer is being loaded. DAL is being moved around. They canc...

Re: Fresno Aviation - 2024

WN has added a second DEN on Saturdays for Thanksgiving and Christmas per their website. One can speculate as to whether that will stick if they are planning to trim their schedule for Q3 and Q4 per published reports. Still missing an early am departure. I don't get the Denver timing this summer. G...

Noted in the AS fall (Nov - on) load that SAN goes 4X; Sea back to 3x with one mainline.

AA Nov has 5X PHX with three mainline. Interesting move given the light schedule for June.

If AA doesn’t increase PHX to where it was last year, could we potentially see WN jump in on the route? If they’ve been waiting for something like this to jump in, this is the time for them to jump in. Per AA web booking, AA has added an 8:45 pm 321 to Phx on 5/23 only. Same add at SMF. Why a one-t...

FAT's capacity this summer will be close to even and maybe a bit under last summer's. Here's some differences I am seeing, looking in July: 1) Most notably, American to PHX is down to only one mainline and two CR7s, a big drop from last summer (and even down from May of this year). 2) Delta is up w...

Re: Fresno Aviation - 2024

UA is loading summer tonight. ORD is moving to 7a, more or less in keeping with the placeholder. DEN has only 1X mainline and 2X 175’s. SFO 3X 175/700. LAX 2X 175, with a schedule that pushes #2 to almost 5pm. DEN is a head scratcher. It’s not that they don’t pack the 1pm flight. Better opportunitie...

Looking back at ‘23, DL let us down, pushing ATL to ‘24. AS pulled mainline from SAN (never made sense), and WN failed to deliver on a 2nd to DEN. On AS next summer, FAT is showing 3X SAN (175s), 2X PDX (175s), 3X SEA (1-175, 2-739s). The 7am departure from SEA is a bit odd, the only connections will be ANC/FAI/JNU/PDX/PSC/GEG/ALW, so it's really going after O&D. I'm a bit surprised they didn't try to connect it to Hawaii as well. In fact...
