Re: Would UA and/or AA adopt a similar p2p/focus city strategy to keep up with DL?

All of DL's hubs (SEA included) are in metropolitan areas that are experiencing growth at or above 10%. DTW is the noted exception and will probably stay that way for awhile. None of the PSAs show over 10% growth (per Wiki at least) but some showing at least 8-9% (Houston,Miami,Denver,Portland,Orla...

Re: DL Sends 744 To Orlando To Pick Up Evacuees

Wouldn't Delta have to justify the cost if people report them on the Florida price gouging hotline? Then we would see if they justified in charging $399. People keep throwing out the $399 price. Keep in mind, that was DL's cap. There were a couple of reports of coach seats on these flights going fo...

What is the 7S8 listed for the equipment type for Aeromexico flights in the latest DL schedule? Is that a 737-800? If so, why is it not designated as a 738? Yes, it's a 737-800. Thanks as always enilria! Maybe, but I don't think there is a ton of money to be made here. B6 already gets crappy average fares on DTW-FLL -- which has more connecting feed than MCO.
