"Upon review, N724AL was actually just a bus with '737 MAX' painted on it." What is N724AL? Asking for a friend. I don't know, but a friend of my friend tells me it is a registration of one inglorious aircraft. Well the registration of subject aircraft is in fact N704AL, not N724AL.

Maybe because there have been zero instances of a 737-900 door plug separating in flight? I’m certain that if the investigation shows any sign that this is part of a wider problem, then the inspections will expand to include the older model. It's defiantly a fair question, it's the exact same desig...

Has there been any mention of the interior side panel(s) that is/are missing? They most likely exited the plane at the time of the door plug. I haven't checked through all the entries on this topic to see if they've been brought up.

I noticed a few years ago the name-entry game also applied to Singapore Airlines. I flew them a few times and had to go through the same routine being discussed here just to check seat availability. Most US Airlines are pretty decent. Alaska Airlines is easy to use in addition to those mentioned.
