In comparison to the other 2 sister (-9 & -8) the 78X seems way behind in sales and range, the -9 taking almost 2/3 of the orders for the 787 family.

the reason why DXB and not DWC because EK don't want to leave DXB. Typically airlines don't want to leave airports near the city, but typically they outgrow such airports and need to move. What stored 788s are there? They've actually been selling well lately. 777X BBJ must be a major government or royal order I'd presume. 777X BBJ is option, which is highly doubt will be a firm order! 787 is way big in this field and the order consist of 2 of them .. so way to go for good marketing, ...
