I am not sure if it is just one gate but I know there was some information in the past that Lufthansa will be the primary airline. I forget where I saw that. T6 will have 10 gates w...

Re: JetBlue Network - 2024

ORH was said to be doing well in a pocket session. And they are adding more flying to PVD. ORH isn’t going anywhere thanks to the Massport connection. And as stated, the fall schedules give PVD a nice boost. I’ve always thought that B6 made a misstep of not expanding at PVD during the 2010s when WN...

Re: WN147 nearly hits LGA tower

The reason why ILS4 at LGA must be handflown is because there are two roads that pass right by the runway, Runway Drive and Grand Central Parkway. When vehicles pass especially trucks, you get fluctuations in the ILS indications. When handflown, it is easy to continue flying on a steady course and ...

I feel B6 needs to return to its roots and its original core structure that made the airline wants was under Dave. Psyops going on here, and lots of fish on your line. JetBlue’s OPSPECs date back to 1998, and they don’t mention Live TV. OPSPECs are a living document, boilerplate, but they can have sections added, or subtracted as the need arises. Spirit’s OPSPECs would have had no bearing on the operation under...

Re: JetBlue Network - 2024

The PDEW for BOS/TLH isn't that impressive; Q3 2023 generated only 52 (or 26 one way). NYC/TLH PDEW is a bit better, but not that great; Q3 2023 generated 85 (or 42 one way). If anything, I could see B6 adding New York from TLH, but it'd have to be with E190's and into LGA instead of JFK. The e90 i...

The A220/A320 don’t have the range, and the market probably isn’t big enough to support an a321neo. It’s easier to funnel people through FLL, JFK, or MCO. Can a mod change the title, southwest didn’t almost hit the tower, it flew 800 feet over the tower doing a go around. The title does not appear to be inaccurate. You’re assuming there will be an investigation. All I see is a navigational error and a FR24 reading; which are not always accurate. It was close enough for the tower to call the go around. To ‘pull the CVR’ you have to remember it’s protected by US Code. Accident investigation only. So the NTSB would need to open an investigation. Is this a NTSB reportable event? Runway 4 is a non coupled approach, they probably got a bit behind the jet hand flying in that crappy weather and executed a go around. I count 10 in various testing flight protocals right now. I still stand by my 65 projection for 2023. Maybe 90 for 2024? I think you are spot on. More importantly, avg rate trending 7 and up. Recent deliveries/month: Jul=5, Aug=6, Sep=6, Oct=9, Nov=7. So far Dec activities looking to hit 7 or more....
