I received an itinerary change on my UA BCN IAD SAN flight in June. Originally on 738 from IAD to SAN, now 772. Checking UA schedule, looks like the 772 service shifts times to a late afternoon departure versus morning to SAN, overnight RON, then leaves SAN 8:25 am for a late afternoon IAD arrival....

I just listened to the Preview of the article and it states that SEA will receive a 2nd flight from MKE on 5/16. (As FLYKTPA stated upthread.)

In fact, the schedules are already showing 2 daily nonstops between the two cities...

Where will the Max8's be used for first any routes released? I just saw today that there's at least one flying around the network. It flew between SAN & TPA & IAD just in the last few days. It doesn't seem to be on any specific routes at this time. N801AK flew SAN-SEA this morning as #1154....

Congrats to RDU on landing Copa to PTY! Somebody on the airport's route development team is certainly working overtime these days! Kudos!

I sincerely hope this plan/schedule holds up and AS can start to return toward their normal operations. Their next flight schedule begins on Feb 15 and hopefully they will be fully back on track by then with their full Boeing fleet! RDU-SAN is actually a very good candidate. In Q2, it put up 193 PDEW and in Q3, it put up 173 PDEW. I doubt but will be successful. If they can't make LAX and SNA transcons work, there's no way they'll make SAN work. It's over for Breeze. In the meantime, SAN-RDU apparently begins on April 30 (Tu) with the other 4 routes beginning shortly thereafter in early May. Until, of course, it's over. bb
