CLT used to have mainline service to GSP using a mix of the 737, F100, MD-80 and DC-9. Is it possible they may return mainline service to some of these types of destinations? What I don't get is that many of these cities are not the stereotypical warm weather destinations that F9 flips the schedule towards in the winter. AUS, MCI, BUF, OKC, SJC? Unless all of these new winter routes are AUS/MCI/BUF/OKC - Florida, PUJ, CUN, SJU, Mexico?

There is no question that Delta is stronger in RDU. It's not even close. If DL added LHR, it would definitely win the contracts with its combination of CDG and far superior domestic network out of RDU. Thanks for the summary. Though sometimes the Summer schedule does not kick into high gear until July. For instance starting in July there is an AA 332 that will fly PHL-CLT-PHX-PHL everyday and PHL-FCO is a 333.
