Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

With these announcements from Frontier, I just can't wait for the PAX numbers to come out at the end of the year. Predictions? A strong winter will propel PWM into historic numbers. If these flights do well for bookings, I would see PBI added for the east coast(In line with ISP and PVD). This should...

Northwest used to fly from PWM-MSP, after the merger with Delta, the route was discontinued.

Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

Does anyone have the passenger and landing fees for PWM, BGR, BOS, BTV, PVD, MHT, and BDL. I am curious to see if the fees at MHT are scaring away the airlines. Did new gate and counter contracts at MHT go sour for UA? When PWM was going to expand, UA was the only airline not to be on board and did ...

Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

Southwest usually only flies during March and April Saturday only MCO-PWM, we will have to wait till March schedule comes out. They don't fly to MCO in February, which I could not understand. B6 flew to MCO on a daily basis and yielded 90+, but flying E-190 does not make any money. Frontier plans to...

Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

I just pulled a quick United schedule to ORD and very shocked on the lift from various airports. July 14th to July 21st sat to sat flights. MHT just 2 flights on CRJ 200- 100 seats available for purchase. No AA to ORD, SWA to MDW BTV 5 flights A320, CRJ200(3), 737-700, 426 seats available for purcha...

Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

I would like to wonder what is going to happen to Allegiant in BGR and PSM with the introduction of Frontier to PWM. I know a lot of people in the Bangor/New Brunswick(Canada) use BGR to PIE and Sanford due to no direct service to those markets from PWM and cost. Now if Frontier markets its MCO runs...

Here is a great DOT tool to look at Airport stats for passengers, just select the airport you want to look at..it gives you a years worth of data. The last one is load factor

Re: The Rest of New England (BDL/PVD/MHT/PWM/ORH/BTV/HVN) - 2018

I drive for an executive car business and I see first hand what is happening on the ground at MHT, PWM, and BOS. Load capacities provided by airports are just numbers on a piece of paper. During the summer, I drive a lot of people from PWM to NH due to no United to IAD and the lack of flight options...
