Where does United perform most of its heavy duty maintenance? I think I read years ago that IND was to UA what TUL is to AA. Is IND their biggest maintenance base? No,that didn't. The plane was depressurized. The rear door on a 727 opens inward. If pressurized, nobody would have been able to open it. I believe D. B. Cooper told them to fly low the entire time. Where do you find O&D percentages ranked by airport? Various ways. I use USDOT DB1B data to get domestic passenger Origin and Destination totals in PDEW (per day each way) format. Q2 2023 is the latest available through that source. Here were the US top 50 airports in that quarter 1 MCO 59,626 ...
