DXB every day has it's nightly rush-hour between midnight and 3/4 am...never seen a more busy and overcrowded airport during night hours than this one.

Hard to believe as WOW at present deploys only their A 321 on nearly each of their longhaul routes to LAX, SFO and MIA. Additional only one of their three A 333 is applicable (TF-GAY is in Montreal YMX for maintenance, TF-WOW still damaged at KEF) in the moment.

They desperately need more airport hotels and restaurants. That place is bursting at the seems. If they want to support WOW and Icelandair they need to start building more now. They need to invest in more facilities near the airport. Its a hike from the airport to the city, and there is not much by...

Yesterday WOW Air got their „grandma“ , the Airbus A 321 TF-GMA back after more then 4 months of reconstruction in Ljubljana. The aircraft was transferred as flight WW 321 LJU-KEF yesterday. I wonder which routes GMA is now able to fly with its additional tanks

FI is also temporally suspending their year-round TPA service in late summer. Interestingly, all of these suspensions are for services that require the 757's range, are they not? Wikipedia says the longest NEO route is WOW on the Tel Aviv route, 7 hours. Yesterday first time WOW AIR's A 321 NEO TF-SKY was flying NONSTOP KEF-MIA - a flight longer than 8 hours! The KEF-TLV route is currently served by their A 320 NEO TF-NEO, also a route with a duration of more than 6 hours. Are these currently the longest nonstop routes flown by this type of aircraft...
