Ryanair call it Buzz nowadays, so one would imagine it's now under that brand. They still use the RYANAIR callsign for most flights with some under the MAGIC SUN callsign.

Like Malta Air and Ryanair UK though, the aircraft are (for now) still in the main group livery.

WAW has this system for flights that use the jet bridges. You go up and up to what effectively amounts to a catwalk to go through the border, then all the way down to below departures for baggage claim. If you're on a remote stand (Wizz, Enter Air etc) then you get bussed into a hall below departure...

Assuming they were doing the ILS into 07R, how did they get so low? I do note that there's a VOR and a LOC approach so it's possible (although unlikely) that they could have been doing one of those and lost situational awareness?

Birmingham is relatively close (two hours) to London, however for intercontinental travel it also has to serve the entire East Midlands, West Midlands, Lincolnshire etc.

It's got a very large area under which it's the nearest "big" airport!

Jet2 is a great airline. They've generated a lot of business by being - relatively - cheap and providing great service.

I flew with them this year on BHX-BOJ and they were excellent, very friendly crew and being "down to earth".
