It was F9 that flew BLI-DEN seasonally for a summer or two.
Currently all of DEN is open, although north security has been closed and passengers are being funneled through either the bridge or south security due to low passenger levels.

I've flown Allegiant a handful of times in the past couple years and never had a flight that was more than 45 minutes late. As long as you are ready for tight seating and know that you'll be paying for any add-ons Allegiant is a good, cheap, no-frills option for your itinerary.
