SLC says the first phase is expected to be completed with no changes. Since it’s only five months from opening, that makes sense.

If I remember correctly, shortly after the DL-AF joint venture was approved DL started JFK-LYS on a 752. It didn't last very long. I'm kind of surprised they haven't given it another go, given the current economy.

I’ll be curious to see if anything new is added to SLC once the new terminal opens. There are a lot of smaller western markets that were dropped like BFL, DGO and MRY that I would love to see resumed.

Seasonal MSP-FCO on DL was a flop just a few years ago; I’m not sure why a carrier with higher costs would work now. As MAH4546 said, demand is highly concentrated and the pickings in the US are slim.

I really don't get the obsession with getting a flight to MAN. There isn't even a nonstop to Chicago - and that flight would have a partner on both ends. Manchester just isn't that large of a market.
