The higher ISO setting, the more noise you will get. Me personally, noise starts to become a problem when my camera goes above ISO 300. At 400, which you said your image was at, it gets even worse.

The ideal setting is between 100 and 200.

I have to agree with the rejections... the sky is definitely noisy and the harsh lighting on the fuselage doesn't help. The underside of the aircraft also looks blurry/hazed.

Only aircraft I've seen at FL410 and above are the B737 NG, 787, and A350. Haven't seen any 747s, 777s, or 757/767s higher than FL390 yet. A320 series aircraft I've only seen as high as FL370. NK is suspending PIT-DFW in the Fall. Not sure yet if it’s going seasonal or the cut is permanent (although I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s completely gone).

Seems like NK’s niche from PIT is Florida, MYR, and LAS... all beach/tourist hot spots. Not surprised one bit.

Some have already explained it well, but basically what these 75Cs will do is sit at their arrival airport until it is needed for another team in another city.

Since it flew IAD-PHL, it will likely be used by the Brewers and fly PHL-MKE when their series against the Phillies is completed tomorrow.

So basically, EWR stays just about the same (other than the brief 6x weekly period) and IAD is now permanent despite the fluctuating equipment types?

Looks like the usual SwiftAir B734 from PUJ is being swapped out for a rare Dynamic B763 tonight per FR24.

3 B763s and WowAir at the end of C all at once. Pretty impressive.

This has caused RWY 28C or 28L to become the main departure runways and they seem reluctant to let any exceptions take 28L (I've heard multiple AA and G4 pilots request switching from 28R to 28L but be denied by approach). That's ridiculous they don't have the flexibility to let AA or G4 land on 28...
