F-16.net tracks what aircraft rotate through the Thunderbirds, but it doesn't seem like it has been updated in years. Looking through the database, Thunderbird #6 is listed as 92-3880. 4875889 As for the rejection itself... you could try to boost the contrast, but those conditions really aren't help...

I decided to just bin the photo. It doesn't look much better in portrait mode whether I have it in 4x3 or 3x2. Weather was also terrible that day (which is typical for where I live). Oh well, hopefully the new livery comes in again soon on a better day!
